It may depend on what kind of jazz you play but for tubes it's hard to go wrong w/ a Fender Twin or DeLux or even DeVille. If you want solid-state the Roland Jazz Chorus sounds good but is kinda heavy to lug around (the Twin is too). You should be able to get any of these used for $500 or so.

it doesn't count number what type of amp you've until eventually by Jazz amp you propose one with jazz consequences like chorus echo or such issues as that. I say merely use your widespread amp and keep the sound sparkling. Or in case you pick the outcomes %. up a pedal so as that way you could swap between consequences less complicated.
