Dude... you are quite obviously very young. If you're judging a genius like parker based on the lack of lyrics... you haven't heard parker no matter how much you've listen to him. When SouljaBoy has the kind of longevity that parker has had... you let me know.

They don't count though.

And you're definitely right, no jazz musician who is experienced in the performing art of performing with their instrument, like saxophone, trumpet, drums, bass, guitar, piano, trombone, or clarinet has ever performed a song before. And singing is the only form of music that exists on that planet, so it's physically impossible for any instrumentalist to be a good musician, which is why jazz is a horrible artform. I'm glad someone finally thinks exactly the way I do.

Are you freaking retarded? Charlie Parker is the greatest saxophone player ever to live, he practiced well over 10 hours a day in his prime and learned all his songs in every key. Not to mention he wrote an entire omnibook of songs. Comparing Charlie Parker to that wannabe is like comparing the Bomb of Tsar to a stick of dynamite. Lyrics DO NOT by any means make a song good. Please, educate yourself. I'm not trying to be a dick, but really, don't follow the mainstream.

EDIT: To the moron above, do you even know what a beat is? Or is that satire?
